Questions

The things people ask first.

What does it cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so any number here would be a guess. The call is free and ends with a straight answer on rough size and whether it is worth doing at all. A written scope with a fixed price comes after that, before any code exists.
How long does it take?
Most engagements are measured in weeks, not quarters — that is the point of building with AI rather than around it. The scope document commits to dates, and those dates are agreed before we start.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. The code, the infrastructure and the accounts are yours. There is no licence to renew and nothing that stops working if you stop paying me.
We already have engineers. Why you?
Often the right answer is your own team, and I will say so. Where I add something is the design review — AI writes code quickly now, which means the expensive mistakes have moved upstream into architecture. That is the part I am useful for.
What if AI is not the right answer for this?
Then I tell you on the call and you have not spent anything. I would rather lose the work than ship a system that does not earn its place.
Will this work with our existing stack?
That is a question the scope answers. Bring what you are running to the call — the integration seams are usually the part that decides whether a plan is realistic.
